  • Digital products and reports may be eligible for a refund if there are technical issues preventing access or usage.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

3.2 Non-Refundable Digital Products

  • Digital products and reports that have been successfully downloaded or accessed.

4. Training and Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may cancel their registration for training sessions or workshops up to 14 days before the event date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.

4.2 Cancellation by ODAS Global Consulting LTD

  • In the event that ODAS Global Consulting LTD cancels a training session or workshop, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
